The hotel offered a romantic getaway package which was awesome. the room was beautifully decorated with flowers and chocolates on arrival, and we enjoyed a complimentary bottle of wine and couples massage at the spa. the hotel's location was a win for us, being only steps away from a bustling city center with a variety of restaurants and shops. We were also able to take a quick taxi to see some of the famous sights of the city.
the air conditioning wasn't working properly and our room was quite stuffy and uncomfortable.

This hotel had the perfect location! It was on the edge of a commercial center with lots of restaurants nearby, and just a short walk to Taksim square. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and had great hotel facilities. I also loved the breakfast, which had a fantastic selection!

The hotel was situated in a bustling area, surrounded by restaurants and shops. It was easy to walk to the main square and there were plenty of activities to do close by. the room was spacious and had all the basic amenities that we needed. the service staff were friendly and always willing to help.
The breakfast wasn't up to our expectations, it lacked variety and was served cold.

The location was perfect for New Year's Eve celebrations with plenty of nearby restaurants and bars. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. the hotel offered a free shuttle service to the city center, which was a nice touch.
The hotel was extremely overpriced for the quality of service and amenities provided. The bathroom was outdated and not very clean.
